Can anyone help me with my questions about Penis Extenders?

I just received my Megasizer extender, which extends to 8 inches , i can extend it to 2.5 inches before it starts to hurt so i have to on about 2 inches right now. I was wondering if anyone has used this product, and has seen any results, it has the silicon noose, and i have heard good and bad things about it, Also, i was wondering if i could put anything around it to make it feel better when im stretching my penis. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT! Thanks
