i did the jelqing technique (milking) but im not sure if im doing it correct. when i get an erection i have like 2 inch of foreskin in the head of the penis im not sure if i have to pull softly down with my foreskin or pull it up. when none erected i have like 3 -4 inch of foreskin protecting the penis.
