Did I break my penis from jelqing?

I was jelqing and masturbateing well not too much jelq but masturbateing every day. When I woke up I noticed it was hard for me to get an erection. My penis fills with blood but very little unless I try hard. I can see it has gotten bigger in the hardest erection but it is difficult to get it up. What should I do?
