I’m 14 and a half years old, is my penis too small ?

I am 14 and a half years old, and my penis measures 13 cm, which is about 5.1 in… I have had puberty since I was 13, but I’m not very hairy. The hair on my legs is not very apparent, but I notice it’s growing quite a bit faster. I have heard of jelqing and I know how it works, do any of you guys know another method that would lengthen the penis ? Thanks !
