my penis is already 7 1/2 in but i want at 8 1/2 what can i do to get my penis that size?

it pretty thick my girl dose care for the 8 1/2 but idk i feel am missing a inch is there anything i could do to make it 8 with out pills, or pumps something that free and i dont have to spend a hour pullin on my penis (u know the jelq thing) well yuh can anyone give me a GOOD answer??????
