Those porn stars if you look have removed the hair so that makes them look huge, they also have a flat or for the most part belly. So this also adds to the size. look how small she is, as in tall and build, these guys are again going to look like mutt and Jeff. So you are entitle to have surgery if you want for your own self improvements, but like another said, women are always getting breast jobs and to big can in fact hurt them. Seriously not that I would know(wink.wink) Pumps do improve the gerth but they hurt and you have to use them for 40 minutes minimum everyday.
there is an old Biker/African trick of putting a rubberband on a padlock and using elec tape to make it fit around the head of your mojo, the rubberband allows it to stretch while the lock acts as a weight to stretch. This only works if you do it when your going through out puberty most of the time, but can work later if you wear it everywhere you go but it can be dangerous if you get it caught on something I wouldn’t reccomend it.

Here is a serious answer to the question =- REALLY.
Lose weight. The typical guy has a belly that hangs down and gets in the way. You end up losing 1 to 3 inches depending on the size of your gut.
In addition, unless you are tiny, the women are more interested in what you are doing with it rather than how big it is.

You are right, you really shouldnt be comparing yourself to porn stars. If you are a normal a procedure will be risky and could damage your goods, even over the counter treatments. Like i have heard of guys wearing weights on their penis to stretch it. Then, the muscles get torn and it cant erect as well. Why do that to yourself.
Not to sound slutty but I have dated guys of all “makes and models” and the average guys are nice because they arent stretching you out or tearing you, big guys can have a disadvantage because it can hurt us. My guy is kind of gifted in his dept and he cant get it in all the way sometimes because it hurts too bad and i have to stop. talk about mood killer. Think long and hard (gosh, no pun intended) before manipulating your body. Get some counseling if you continue to have self esteem probs. Trust me, we hear stuff like this all the time.

Surgery is the only way, and even with the pump I saw on TV that it has to get surgically implanted.
