Penis width: is there surgery?

The average penis girth is about 5.5 inches. Mine is less then 3 inches around. Jelqing and milking are proven to increase width but not non this scale; mine needs DOUBLING to be average! I’m a gay clubber and hate being bottom of the food chain every time.

Is there any surgery? Can spongiosa be injected / inserted and if so can a skin-graft be done to accommodate the tissue without destroying my penis’s function?

If something can’t be done, I’m gonna amputate it. Better to be thought of as unfortunate than inadequate!
